You are correct that GJN 3531 (Lower Amazon Creek Restoration) has a balance of $134,561.
We need to keep $10,000 of that in GJN 3531 to implement two remedial actions on water control structures this summer,
Delta Ponds Restoration Phase 2).
but we can release the remaining $124,561 to GJN 4668 (

As you and I discussed on the phone today, we had been retaining those funds in GJN 3531 because we had some
lingering, potential legal issues with several Meadowlark Prairie neighbors over the past few years. Since none of those
potential legal issues have gained any momentum, it makes sense to transfer all but the $10,000 we need for remedial
actions to GJN 4668. If at some future date those legal issues do gain momentum, we may need to identify funding to
help resolve them.

-- Eric
1
