All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate. bid items included in this <br />addendum and the total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />CHANGES TO BID SCHEDULE: <br />(DELETE) Original Bid Schedule dated 2/10/2010 <br />(ADD) Revised Bid Schedule dated 3/03/2010 <br />CHANGES TO SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />00120.15 Examination of Work Site and Solicitation Documents; Consideration of <br />Conditions Encountered <br />(Add) Pre-bid Conference Attendance sign-in sheet, provided for Bidders reference. <br />00130.50(b) Execution of Contract and Bonds (By the Agency) <br />(Replace) 10 Calendar Days with; 5 Calendar Days. <br />00405.14(a) Class A Backfill <br />(ADD) If, in the opinion of the Engineer, native or common material is unsuitable provide <br />Imported Class A Backfill consisting of unscreened clean fill soil/ bank loam meeting the <br />general requirements of 01040.14 with no particle size larger than 2" size. Submit <br />sample for approval prior to import. <br />00405.46(c)(1) General <br />(ADD) If, in the opinion of the Engineer, onsite Class A material is unsuitable furnish Imported <br />Class A Backfill.
