Additional Services Description: <br />The existing electrical service at Alton Baker Park does not have sufficient capacity to feed the <br />proposed loads. A new electrical service will be required. Provisions for upgrading the electrical <br />service were specifically excluded from our scope of work in our fee proposal. The following is a <br />description of our scope work and additional fees to provide a new electrical service for this project. <br />B. Detailed Task List: <br />Construction Documents Phase: <br />a. Meetings: <br />1) Owner and EWEB at the site (1) <br />b. Coordination with EWEB <br />c. Electrical system design completion <br />1) Utility coordination <br />2) Service calculations <br />d. Drawing production <br />a) Red-line Drawings <br />b) Specification notes on the drawings <br />2. Bid/Construction Phase: <br />a. Answer questions during bidding & construction; provide supplemental information <br />(BFI's, IB's) <br />b. Submittal review <br />c. Progress meetings and inspections (1) <br />d. Final inspection (1) <br />C.
