AMENDMENT NO. One TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2010 - 00231 <br />This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated January 29, 2010, between <br />the City of Eugene (City) and Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Amendment One adds additional services to provide design, drawing production and <br />bid/construction phase assistance for a new electrical service for this project. For <br />clarification, see attached scope of work - Additional Services (Electrical) - Exhibit A. <br />Amendment One not to exceed $4,000.00.
