His project is about to go to bid and focuses on pipe lining <br />for waste water. We would anticiate that once he recieves bids. That we <br />would transfer Storm water Utilities funding (531) to that project to <br />cover the cost of this work. Current work would include lining the pipe, <br />clearing the outfall and connecting a flexible (black) pvc pipe to the end <br />and extend it to the lower reaches of the slope where rock stabilization <br />exist. We would then come in and do bank stablization in the dryer <br />months of August or September. <br />
