All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this <br />addendum and the total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />CHANGES TO BID SCHEDULE: <br />Revised Bid Schedule dated 2/23/2010 - Page 4 <br />(DELETE) The three (3) blank lines that say Addenda located directly <br />above the Grand Total. <br />CHANGES TO PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />50-07 a. (1) DETERMINATION AND EXTENSION OF CONTRACT TIME (Prosecution and <br />Progress), Pg. 33 <br />(ADD) The Contractor's schedule. when approved, will be the basis for determining the necessity of <br />contract time extensions due to weather delays. Contract time extensions will be in 12 hour <br />increments, and will only be granted if a specific item of work identified on the schedule, that is <br />currently on schedule, cannot be completed, in the judgment of the Engineer, due to weather AND the <br />item of work is a critical path item (such as pavement and pavement markings). If an extension is <br />approved, the Contractor's schedule will be shifted by the approved amount, and will become the new <br />basis for future extensions. If the original schedule did not indicate work on a particular day. the <br />shifted schedule will be allowed to skip that day also. The Contractor is required to coordinate the <br />shifted schedule with all subcontractors and other items oi'work. No additional time or any <br />compensation will be granted due to the rescheduling of work or unavailability of workers, materials or <br />equipment under the new schedule. <br />Addendum #4 - Job #4625 pap' 'I <br />
