All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this <br />addendum and the total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />Attached is the list of attendees at the Pre-bid Meeting. February 11. 2010- <br />Z-1 <br />CHANGES TO GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />SECTION 20-06 EXAMINATION OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND SITE. <br />(Add) The runway will be closed on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 12:00 pnn - 3:00 pm, and <br />Wednesday. February 17, 2010 from 10:00 atn - 2:30 pm. Prospective bidders who wish to visit <br />the site are encouraged to call Teri Higgins at (541) 682-8462 to schedule a specific appointment. <br />Others without an appointment will be accommodated as escorts become available.
