00225.05 Contractor's Traffic Control Plan <br />(DELETE) The'first sentence. <br />(ADD) The Traffic Control Plan in the plan set has been approved by the Engineer, for <br />use by the Contractor. It is the Contractor's responsibility to modify this TCP as <br />necessary to provide a complete TCP for the Contractor's Work operations. Any <br />modifications to this plan requires that the Contractor shall submit a detailed <br />Work schedule showing stage construction along with the Traffic Control Plan(s) <br />(TCP) in writing five (5) Work Days before the pre-construction conference for <br />approval. If, as determined by the Engineer, the TCP does not meet these <br />requirements the TCP will be rejected and no adjustment of Contract Time will be <br />allowed. <br />00225.43 Temporary Traffic Delineation <br />(g) Striping <br />(ADD) Temporary striping shall include al[ existing pavement striping and markings, <br />including bike lane stripes and delineation of parking spaces. <br />00225.90A Method "B"- Lump Sum Basis - <br />(DELETE). Foot <br />(ADD) Temporary Striping Lump Sum <br />(ADD) Lump sum payment for "Temporary Striping" shall include payment for temporary <br />striping, pavement markings, reflective flexible overlay pavement markers, <br />legends, and their removal if necessary. <br />00290.40 Protection of Forests <br />(ADD) When it is anticipated that roots of trees may be encountered during construction <br />activities, notify the Inspector 24 hours in advance, so a City Arborist may be <br />present during the construction operation.
