Work will not require procedures substantially in excess of those described in the <br />maintenance recommendations submitted by Contractor to the City. <br />15. Contractor shall ship the Work to City in accordance with dates specified in agreed upon <br />timeline. Works shall be shipped to City, packaged to withstand normal transportation <br />handling and installation activities. Works not adequately protected or damaged in <br />transit shall be replaced or repaired at no cost to the city. <br />16. Contractor shall provide all material, labor and transportation costs associated with the <br />Work. Contractors shall also include all other expenses associated with fabrication of <br />the Work, including but not limited to long distance telephone calls, FAX, postage, <br />reproductions, mailing, travel, meals and lodging. <br />
