Metro WW Study Land Values -Cedar Creek

Terry Colvin uses a work type that must go with a good fob number, so that won't work. And as to the signer
for the IGA, either Kurt or Mark could sign an IGA for this amount. It's only when it's an IGA that goes over . .E
f 00,000 that the City Manager will need to sign them. I believe we talked before about LGgG just doing a
purchase order to us if it was under $5,000, but it looks like LC4G's rules indicate an IGA be made if over
X4,000.
Cindy/Karen: what would you like them to use for a work type?
k
~ o~
Contract Administrator
Public Works-Engineering
City of Eugene
541.682:5251

r From.
