Yes, a lump sum would likely be simplest.; We -will see what we can come up with on the Springfield <br />zonings including some bath in and out of the UGB. The E30 should be about the .same as Eugene area. ,Marginal <br />. lands tend to be either 10 or 24 acre home,sites depending on the zoning of the adjacent properties, so they are <br />typically higher value. Anyway we will see what we fan find. What is your timing for these? Yes, we can set something up. We have a not to exceed $4,444 on our sub-contracting, so we just need to stay <br />within that amount.
