AMENDMENT NO. One TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2010 - 00220 <br />This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated November 2, 2009, between <br />the City of Eugene (City) and PBS Engineering + Environmental (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Amendment One adds services to perform GPR (Geophysical Survey <br />and Soil Sampling) investigation of possible underground storage tank <br />locations and contingency tasks for the 11th Avenue from Garfield Street <br />to Tyinn Street and 13th Avenue from Alder Street to Washington Street <br />ARRA pavement preservation projects. See attached Exhibit A-Scope <br />of Work and Cost Estimate. Contract completion date to remain at <br />December 31, 2010.
