Those fields were <br />acceptable for use at the other sites. A'reasonable' resolution to the shorter field <br />would have been to purchase movable soccer goals (instead of the desired permanent <br />football/soccer goals) and restripe the end lines of the fields. The moveable goals <br />and the cost of the additional turf would amount to $4,000 + $2,000 = $6,000. <br />The three parties agreed that the cost of the 'reasonable fix' would be borne by <br />PiVOT. The ageement was, then, that PiVOT would pay the first $6,000 of the cost <br />to extend the field, then COE, 4.1 and PiVOT would equally share in the balance of <br />the cost to extend the field by 10 feet to achieve a 'premium fix' that results in total <br />length of 380'. <br /> <br />Atv rr <br />oftveA <br />Q~ f <br />
