The project will <br /> now assess interstate access to the metro area between the Willamette River and the <br /> Glenwood interchange area. Refinement planning will continue in FY 10. <br /> Lead Agency: ODOT/Lane Council of Governments <br /> Partner Agencies: City of Eugene, City of Springfield <br /> Current Status: Three potential interchange configurations are ready for evaluation and analysis to determine <br /> <br /> feasibility. Project waiting on population and employment data. resolution regarding local urban growth planning. <br /> Estimated Completion: Fall 2010 <br /> OR 126 Expressway Management Plan (EMP) (Phase 3) <br /> The third phase of the EMP will involve a focus on refining the design concepts for 52"d and <br /> Main Streets. Efforts will include development of IAMPs as well as supporting policies, and <br /> preparing materials to support decisions regarding the inclusion of projects in the regional <br /> transportation plan. Based on the work completed in Phase 2, the alternative concepts for 52"a <br /> and Main Streets will be evaluated and ranked based on their ability to implement plan policies <br /> for 52"d and Main Streets. A public hearing was conducted in March 2009 to consider placing <br /> these two projects on the Financially Constrained Project List, consistent with their status in <br /> the Regional Transportation Plan.
