Efforts will include development of IAMPs as well as supporting policies, and <br /> preparing materials to support decisions regarding the inclusion of projects in the regional <br /> transportation plan. Based on the work completed in Phase 2, the alternative concepts for 52"a <br /> and Main Streets will be evaluated and ranked based on their ability to implement plan policies <br /> for 52"d and Main Streets. A public hearing was conducted in March 2009 to consider placing <br /> these two projects on the Financially Constrained Project List, consistent with their status in <br /> the Regional Transportation Plan.
