Regional Transportation System Plan (RTSP) <br /> The Oregon Transportation Planning Rule (TPR) places responsibility for <br /> development of the required Regional Transportation System Plan on the <br /> MPO. The RTSP acts as a "bridge" between the local transportation <br /> system plans and the RTP. Over fiscal years 2010 and 201 I, the MPO, <br /> working with all of the regional partners, will continue the development <br /> of a new RTSP covering the entire TMA. Work on this RTSP began in <br /> late calendar year 2008, and is scheduled to result in adoption of the <br /> RTSP in 2013. The MPO is managing the regional work program for this <br /> effort and will directly engage in significant technical, policy and other <br /> 'tasks. <br /> Tasks Year 1 <br /> ¦ Analyze and report on existing performance measures. <br /> ¦ Identify gaps in existing performance measurement data. <br /> ¦ Review existing performance measures in light of regional and local policy <br /> sets and RTP goals and objectives. <br /> ¦ Hold discussions with elected officials and public on RTSP structural and <br /> policy framework. <br /> ¦ Continue discussions and refinement of regional transportation concepts. <br /> Products Year 1 <br /> ?
