<br /> EWEB AGREES TO: <br /> 1. Furnish suitable and sufficient materials, equipment, and personnel to properly <br /> prosecute the Work within timelines established by this Agreement. This includes <br /> performing the Work in a way that will minimize interference and delay for all forces <br /> working within the Project. EWEB will provide work crews as required until the Work <br /> is completed. <br /> 2. Install the Work so that the top of pipes is at least 30 inches below the future gutter <br /> grade to avoid conflicts with the Project. <br /> 3. Place and dispose of the Work materials being used so as not to interfere with the <br /> operations of other forces working within the Project. <br /> 4. Follow the attached work schedule provided by the City. <br /> 5. Start and complete all Work within the following time schedule: <br /> Follow the contractor pipe crew that will work 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. <br /> EWEB pipe crew will work 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. <br /> Contractor backfill crew will work from 3:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. <br /> Or, as mutually agreed by all parties involved. <br /> EWEB will work approximately 50-100 feet behind the contractor to install the parallel <br /> water main. <br /> If, in the opinion of the City, EWEB is not making sufficient progress or fails to meet <br /> ..this schedule, EWEB will supply additional materials, equipment, personnel, work <br /> .:extended hours and other means as necessary to accelerate .its Work to return to <br /> this. schedule and avoid delaying the City's contractor. <br /> 6. Reimburse City for all actual extra costs to the City. for the Project which are related <br /> #o the coordination and contractor work for this joint trench. These costs include, but <br /> are not limited to extra excavation and aggregate for the joint trench provided in the <br /> bid schedule and some staff time for coordination. <br /> 7. Coordinate the Work with other contractors, utilities, or forces working within the <br /> Project and attend an on-site weekly coordination meeting 1 week prior to the Work <br /> starting and until the Work has been completed within the Project. The purpose of <br /> ,this meeting is to coordinate Work activities and to ensure that the Work runs <br /> smoothly, efficiently, and meets schedules. <br /> 8. Provide their own traffic control measures. (TCM) for work that is outside the Project <br /> limits or for Work within the Project limit that does not have TCM in place. <br /> <br />
