The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report is a scoping report, not a <br /> technical report, and will be used to help design construction alternatives and determine the <br /> extent of a Phase 1 Technical Survey and Report, if requested by Agency. <br /> -The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report required under this task shall include a .description of the <br /> area of potential impact (API), a detailed project description, detailed historical context and <br /> ethno-historical information, methodology, recommendations for future work, a summary, <br /> detailed bibliography, maps, and photos.
