Area 5 as follows: • a description of the project purpose and need, • effects of project on hydraulic and hydrologic characteristics of the wetlands, • discussion of baseline wetland functions and values, and effects of the project, using the Hydrogeomorphic (HGM) Assessment process, • fill and removal calculations in both area and volume • mapping to show the onsite wetlands, removal and fill impact areas • figures including specific maps, cross-sections 2.0 LIMITATIONS TO THE SCOPE 'The following items are not included within the scope of work for this project: • Sediment and Erosion Control Plan • Cultural Resources Assessment • DSL wetland delineation review fee of $364- not known if required or not • DSL permit application fee, anticipated to be $650 • Preparation of other investigations, site visits, documents; reports, or presentations which maybe required by local or other agencies during the course of the project 3.0 FEE The estimated fees for completion of the additions to the wetland delineation report and Joint Removal- Fill permit application are presented in detail below. Fees and expenses are according to the rates and terms outlined in my Natural Resources Professional contract with the City of Eugene. In some instances, the estimated costs are presented as a range based on variables typically associated with a project such as this. Billing will be for time and materials expenses for completion of the project. Should the scope of the project change from what is outlined above such that additional costs would be incurred, this proposal can be amended with written agreement from the City of Eugene and Environmental Solutions LLC. Please note that the cost of both work items is similar to that for the Phase 3 project as this is a new area with new projects separate from the Phase 3 work that was completed, so it is almost a complete duplication although the field work is not anticipated to take as long as the Phase 3 work. 1. All reports will be provided to the City of Eugene, and not submitted to any agencies without permission from the City of Eugene. Fees and expenses will be billed monthly.
