Fees and expenses are according to the rates and <br /> terms outlined in my Natural Resources Professional contract with the City of Eugene. In some instances, <br /> the estimated costs are presented as a range based on variables typically associated with a project such as <br /> this. Billing will be for time and materials expenses for completion of the project.
