AMENDMENT NO. One TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2009 - 00256 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Personal/Professional Services Contract dated May 15, 2009, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and Environmental Solutions, LLC (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Amendment One adds additional work for Delta Ponds Area 5 project for wetland <br /> delineation field study and report and Joint Removal-Fill permit application additions. <br /> See Scope of Work attached as Exhibit A.
