, <br /> i <br /> i <br /> li <br /> _i <br /> l INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> This agreement entered into by and between CASCADE PACIFIC <br /> i RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., hereinafter referred <br /> referred to as <br /> to as CASCADE PACIFIC, and the CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter <br /> EUGENE. <br /> Whereas, EUGENE desires to continue contributing funds to assist the ongoing <br /> operations of the McKenzie Watershed Council; and <br /> • Whereas, CASCADE PACIFIC will contract with John Runyon to provide staff <br /> j services to the McKenzie Watershed Council through June 30, 2000; <br /> Whereas, both parties to this Agreement believe that such a program directly <br /> benefits the parties' citizens and customers; <br /> Now, therefore, inconsideration of the mutual Agreement of the parties hereto, <br /> the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> CASCADE PACIFIC,.by contracting with John Runyon, shall perform tasks as <br /> i part of the integrated watershed program for the McKenzie River, as described in <br /> Attachment A. EUGENE will contribute $10,000 to fund these tasks for the period July <br /> 1; 1999 through June 30, 2000. <br /> i <br /> This Agreement may be terminated upon 30 days notice of termination by either <br /> 11' CASCADE PACIFIC or EUGENE.
