Eight To <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2000 - 00353 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated July 30, 1999, <br /> r h Alliance Contractor . <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and McKenzie Wate s ed ( ) <br /> I <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br /> follows: <br /> City and McKenzie Watershed Alliance mutually agree to amend and extend the contract <br /> referenced above as follows: <br /> <br /> I <br /> • City will contribute $10,000 annually to fund tasks for the integrated watershed program <br /> - for the McKenzie River for the period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009. <br /> • McKenzie Watershed Alliance will contract for coordinator services to the McKenzie <br /> Watershed Council through June 30, 2009. <br /> Option to extend term: if the parties agree by formal amendment, the term of this <br /> agreement may be extended if funds are available and opportunities reasonably <br /> warrant.
