Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be <br /> required. Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered for acceptance. This public works improvement <br /> project is subject to payment of prevailing rate of wages, per BOLI ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be <br /> received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to <br /> 279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be complied with. - <br /> Bidders are required to submit aFirst-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS <br /> 279C.370; prior to the Bid Closing Date and Time.
