Agency may afifix additional ignage that <br /> identifies Agencyfunds used for the Project. <br /> ~ If Project involves pavement overlay on a bridge, Agency shall eifiher: ~a}load rate the <br /> bridge when adding two inches of pavement depth to an existing bridge deck to <br /> defiern~inethe capacityofthe bridge; orb} ren~ovetwo ~}inches of Asphalt Concrete <br /> SAC} fror~ the bridge deck and fihen place two inches back far a zero net gain of <br /> Asphalt Concrete ~in~lay~over-lay} on the bridge deck, Agency shall then sawcut the <br /> new A pavement at the bridge ends and fiCl with poured joint filler to account for <br /> bridge maven~ent. <br /> .Agency shall, at its own expense, maintain and operate the Projecfi upon cor~pletian <br /> and throughout the useful life o~the Project at a minimum Ievel fihat i consistent with <br /> normal depreciation andlor service demand. State and Agency Agree that the useful <br /> life of this Projec# is defined as fiwenty ~20~ years. <br /> State nay conduct periodic inspections during the life of Agency Certification Project <br /> to verify that Project is being properly maintained and continues to serve the purpose <br /> for which federal fundswere provided. <br /> ~ .
