11. Impacts to Lane County. If the study area includes or abuts a street within the <br />jurisdiction of Lane County, the applicant shall include materials that demonstrate how the proposed <br />improvements address the structural capacity of the street in the: County's jurisdiction and address <br />identified structural deficiencies, or reduction in the useful life of existing street structures related <br />to the proposed development. Improvements may be needed to eliminate the identified structural <br />deficiencies and to accommodate vehicle impacts to structures. <br />R-9.8650-G Traffic Impact Anal, sis , IA) -Compliance with Other Standards. <br />The applicant shall include in the TIA sufficient information to show the proposed <br />development is in compliance with applicable development standards of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />including, but not limited to: <br />1. Parking. Adequate parking will be provided to meet site-generated demands, in <br />accordance with the specific dimensions, parking angles, and parking ratio requirements that are <br />contained in the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />2. Pedestrian, Transit, Bicycle, and Handicapped Facilities. 'The site plans for the <br />development proposal must reflect that applicable provisions have been incorporated to ensure <br />compliance with design standards for.. the provision of public transportation, pedestrian, and bicycle <br />facilities as required by provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 and other adopted design standards. <br />Public notice of this proposed adoption of Traffic Impact Analysis Administrative Rule R- <br />9.8650 shall be given by making copies thereof available to any person who has requested such <br />notice and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City for at least five consecutive days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less <br />than 30 days to submit data or comments thereon. I will thereafter adopt Traffic Impact Analysis <br />Administrative Rule R-9.8650 as contained herein or as revised in response to comments received, <br />which will become effective immediately thereafter. <br />Dated this ~ ~ day of January, 2002. <br />James R.
