Rasor Park Master Plan <br />~"f'~ieca~h'~. <br />In 2001, the City of Eugene and its consultants prepared a master plan for Rasor Park, a 10-acre <br />portion of the West Bank riverfront park system in the River Road area of Eugene (Maps 1 and <br />2). The following planning process was designed to produce a concept design for the park, as <br />well as an implementation plan including resource management strategies.
