a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, excluding holidays. <br />7.6 Aircraft Sales. <br />7.6.1. Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain a minimum of two tie-downs <br />and additional tie-downs and hangar space to accommodate the proj ected inventory of aircraft. <br />7.6.2 Required Building Size. For sales, the operator must have a minimum of 150 <br />square feet of properly lighted and heated space on the Airport property for offices, restrooms <br />and public use. Lounge areas shall be provided by the operator. The operator may satisfy the <br />obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing lobby space and restrooms with <br />another operator in the same building. If servicing of aircraft sold is part of the proposed <br />operation, the operator shall provide 1500 square feet of clear-span hangar of adequate <br />dimensions to accommodate maintenance and warranty servicing of the aircraft sold. <br />7.6.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one full-time authorized agent to <br />transact sales and available services of a demonstration pilot who has a current commercial <br />pilot certificate with an instrument rating and ratings appropriate for the types of aircraft to be <br />demonstrated. <br />7.6.4 Dealerships. It shall be at the discretion of the operator: (a) whether or not to <br />bean authorized factory dealer and (b) to choose whatever manufacture he wishes to represent. <br />All aircraft dealers shall hold a dealership license or permit if required. <br />7.6.5 Aircraft. A dealer of new aircraft shall have available or on call at least one <br />current model demonstrator and shall provide for demonstrations of additional models of the <br />manufacturer for which a dealership is held. A dealer shall provide an adequate supply ofparts <br />and servicing facilities to customers during aircraft and parts warranty periods. <br />-- ' 7.6.6 Services. The dealer shall provide for adequate servicing of aircraft, parts and <br />accessories during warranty periods of new and used aircraft. Non-dealers must provide or <br />have contract access to on-site spare parts and service to meet any warranty or warranties for <br />the aircraft which are sold with warranties. <br />7.6.7 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the facility shall be 8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, excluding holidays. <br />7.7 Full Time Flight Instruction. <br />7.7.1. Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient tie-down and/or <br />hangar space to accommodate the projected inventory of aircraft. <br />7.7.2 Required Building Size. The operator must have a minimum of 250 square feet <br />of properly lighted and heated floor space on the Airport property to provide for a combination <br />classroom/briefingrnom, office space, public use area and restrooms. The operatormay satisfy <br />the obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing lobby space and restrooms with <br />another operator in the same building. <br />7.7.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall employ at least one full-time certified <br />Flight Instructor, with appropriate ratings to cover the type of training offered. <br />7.7.4 Equipment Requirements. The operator shall own or have underwritten lease <br />at least two properly certified aircraft equipped for flight instruction.
