i beneficiaries of the services, and other applicable policies and directives of the City <br />Council; is consistent with applicable federal and state regulations and the <br />. recommendations of MWMC; is comparable to the amounts charged by the City of <br />Springfield and other such service providers; reserves the equity between different classes <br />of ratepayers; and is based on the proposed budgets of the City and -MWMC. Therefore, <br />the amended fee schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto should be implemented and <br />effective for all bills issued on or after August 1, 2003. Administrative Order No. 58-02-17- <br />Fshould be repealed and the unamended fees ratified and affirmed as of the effective date <br />of this order. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors. Unless <br />a review is requested by two Councilors prior thereto, this Order shall become effective on <br />the 11~" day after the date of its entry, and Administrative Order No. 58-02-17-F shall be <br />repealed, as of that date. <br />2. Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order as set forth above, the <br />wastewater user fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are established as the fees to be <br />charged for the services set forth, and the unamended rates are ratified and affirmed as <br />the rates to be charged for all bills issued on or after August 1, 2003, for the services set <br />forth therein. <br />Dated this ~ day of July, 2003. <br />Den is M.
