P~ ~a'fi <br />The American Legion, Post 3 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 293 will not be charged for <br />these services provided by the. City of Eugene. <br />The parties, by mutual written agreement, may terminate this agreement at any time. Either party <br />may terminate this agreement in the event of a breach of the contract by the other party. The City <br />may terminate this agreement at .any. time or for any reason, upon not less than seven days' notice <br />in advance of the termination date.
