C. The City of Eugene personnel responsible for raising the flag of the United States <br />of America and the State of Oregon will raise the POW/MIA flag beneath the <br />American flag on the six dates listed. Further, the POW/MIA flag shall be stored in a <br />safe and secure place when not in use. The City of Eugene Public Works Department <br />will bear the personnel costs associated with raising and lowering the flag on these <br />specific dates. The veterans groups, refer to contract number 2004-03508, will be <br />responsible for supplying the initial and any and all replacement POW/MIA flags for <br />this purpose. <br />Dated this ~~ day of September, 2003. <br />-~ A <br /> <br />Dennis M.
