Ruffier, Division Manager <br />2. The Facility Management, City Manager's Office, and Information Services <br />Division Managers, and Finance and Court Services and Human Resources and Risk. Services <br />Executive Managers shall report to the Assistant City Manager, except that major decisions <br />related to human resources shall continue to be referred to the City Manager by the HRRS <br />Department Manager. <br />3. Any Administrative Order delegating authority to a Director of an unreorganized <br />City Department and any sub-delegation orders of such Director are hereby affirmed, and shall <br />be construed to be applicable to the Executive Manager of the Department.
