ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.21-04-05 <br />of the <br />City Manager <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Designating and/or Affirming City Department and <br />Division Managers, and Repealing Administrative Order No. 21-03-09 <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter 1V, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002, <br />the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to <br />appoint and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, <br />as deemed necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all <br />ordinances of the City. <br />B. Based on Administrative Order No. 21-03-08 that affirmed the reorganization of <br />City Departments and repealed administrative orders that were in conflict, I issued <br />Administrative Order No. 21-03-09 on August 11, 2003 designating and/or affirming City <br />Department and Division Managers. Changes have occurred to some of the designations that are <br />reflected in Administrative Order No. 21-03-09, and that order should be repealed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS <br />THAT: <br />1. Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, the following are hereby <br />designated and/or ratified as the City of Eugene Department and Division Managers: <br />Central Services -James R. Carlson, Assistant City Manager <br />City Manager's Office -Mary F. Walston, Division Manager <br />Facility Management -Glen L. Svendsen, Division Manager. <br />Information Services -Randy C. Kolb, Division Manager <br />Finance and Court Services Department - Cindi M. Hamm, Executive Manager <br />Financial Services -Dee Ann Hardt, Division Manager <br />Municipal Court -Marilyn D. Nelson, Division Manager <br />Human Resource & Risk Services Department -Lauren Chouinard, Executive Manager <br />Human Resource Services -Helen K. Towle, Division Manager <br />Risk Services - Myrnie L. Daut, Division Manager <br />City Prosecutor's Office -Daniel J.
