NOTICE OF INTENDED REVISION TO SECTION 15 <br />OF THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br />of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City <br />Manager, intends to amend Section 15 to add a key replacement fee, as follows: <br />AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br />Current Pronos~d <br />15. Miscellaneous Fees: <br />Key Replacement -for keys <br />lost by tenants, vendors and <br />contractors who require access <br />to Airport facilities none $ 25.00 <br />The foregoing fee has been proposed after investigating the fees charged at other airports and <br />the City's policies on recovery of the City's actual costs for providing the service.
