(b) Fuel tanks shall have a minimum capacity of five thousand <br />(5,000) gallons, and if approved by the Fire Marshal, a maximum capacity of <br />fifteen thousand (15,000) gallons, and shall be kept full enough to meet <br />customer demand at all times; <br />2. Amend Section 7.9.2 of the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport to <br />provide as follows: <br />7.9 Hangars. <br />7.9.2 Compatibili , of Design and Construction. Hangars located in the area used for <br />T-hangars must be similar in appearance to the existing T-hangars and contain a minimum of <br />ten (10) hangar units, space permitting. These hangars shall be sheathed in metal with non- <br />gloss colored- baked enamel finish over minimum spangle galvanized steel meeting ASTM <br />A653 Standard. The baked enamel to be a minimum of one mil or greater in thickness. Roofs <br />shall be galvanized metal meeting ASTM A653M Standard. Construction shall be in <br />accordance with applicable building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes of the City of <br />Eugene. <br />3. Except as proposed herein, or as may be corrected to reflect changes in laws or <br />regulations since their adoption, all other provisions of the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon <br />Sweet Airport shall be ratified and affirmed. <br />Public notice of these proposed amendments to the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon <br />Svc~eet Airport shall be given by making copies thereof available to any person who has requested <br />such notice, and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation <br />within the City for at least five days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 <br />days to submit data or comments thereon.
