In addition, <br />the fees are necessary in order to comply with the requirements of Section 7.130 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, that the fees charged cover the costs, including overhead, of engineering, inspection and <br />review services performed by the city on all private or public improvements not engineered by the <br />city. <br />Persons desiring to comment on the amendment shall submit written comments to the City <br />Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the date of posting as <br />indicated below. After the expiration of the period for comment, the City Manager will consider the <br />comments received, establish by administrative order the fees as proposed or as modified in response <br />to comments. <br />Dennis M.
