On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, are the fees to be charged for the <br />services described therein as of the effective date of this order. <br />2. The unamended fees in Administrative Order Nos. 58-04-O1-F and 58-04-10-F <br />remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the new fee schedule. <br />3. As of the effective date of this order, Administrative Order Nos. 58-04-O1-F and <br />58-04-10 F are repealed. <br />4. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
