NOW, THEREFORE, <br />~, <br />~~ ~ `~~ Based on the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in Eugene Code 5.040, <br />the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br />The bridge on 18''' Avenue approximately 0.44 mile west of Bertelsen Road shall be limited <br />to vehicles with a maximum gross weight of five tons; and <br />The travel lanes across the bridge shall be restricted to 1 %2 feet from the exterior stringers. <br />This order shall take effect on the date the weight limit signs and lane restriction markings <br />are installed. <br />Dated this Q/~ Day of December, 1998 <br />Gary L. e e, P. ., ity Traffic Engineer <br />
