This is an administrative order concerning the closure of <br />a street (Stew.ut IZuadj acid the installation of traffic diverters. Pursuant to the Eugene <br />Code section 5.045, the hearings officer's decision is to be submitted to the City <br />Recorder. Because of the nature of the decision, the Eugene Code also requires that this <br />decision be distributed to the members of the City Council. <br />The Code allows a member of the Council to seek to have this decision reviewed by the <br />Council.
