ADMI1~tISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br />CONCERNING NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES FOR <br />RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARHING ZONE REGULATIONS SERVICES <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />L Section 2.020 of the Eu ene, Code, 1971 authorizes the Ci Mana er to <br />g tY g <br />determine and set fees and charges to be unposed by the City for services, goods, use of <br />municipal property, and licenses and permits. In accordance with the procedures set forth <br />therein, I intend to establish fees for processing applications for establishment and removal <br />~ of residential permit parking zone designations and issuance of permits therefore as set <br />forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br />2. I find that the proposed fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are consistent with <br />applicable policies and directives of the City Council; are comparable to the fees <br />established in other jurisdictions for similar services; and are necessary in order to defray <br />the City's personnel costs associated with providing these services. <br />i <br />` 3. Establishment of the proposed fees is in the public interest, and it is essential <br />' for the FY92 City Budget that these rates be im lemented without dela . <br />P Y <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City. Councilors, posted <br />at two .locations at City Hall, and be made available for interested persons at the office <br />of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as <br />et forth in the Notice.
