<br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene orders and directs that: <br />1. Administrative Order No. 57-91-03, any other administrative order in conflict <br />herewith, and the delegations contained therein, are hereby rescinded, as of the effective <br />date of this Administrative Order. <br />2. The Executive Director of the Public Works Department is hereby designated <br />as the person to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director of the <br />Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department in Sections 2.812 to 2.817 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971. <br />3. The Executive Director of the Public Works Department is further authorized <br />to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the City Manager to designate areas within <br />City parks where dogs may be allowed to run off leash as set forth in Section 4.330 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971. <br />4. The Executive Director of the Public Works Department is specifically <br />authorized to in turn delegate any of the duties or responsibilities delegated herein upon <br />a determination that it would be more efficient and in the public interest to do so. <br />Dated and effective this, ~} 'may of November, 1992. <br />Administrative Order - 2 <br />
