Gleason, City Manager of the City of Eugene, <br />intends to adopt as a permanent rule the Temporary Tree Preservation Administrative Rule <br />R-6.305 adopted on September ~ 1993 which: <br />Establishes definitions; tree felling permit application procedures; <br />criteria for permit approval; appeal procedures; and exceptions to: permit <br />requirements. Adoption of Temporary Tree Preservation Administrative Rule <br />R-6.305 as a permanent rule is in the public interest, and necessary in order <br />to ensure the continued enforcement of the City's tree preservation policies. <br />The Temporary Tree Preservation Administrative Rule R-6.305, may be reviewed at <br />the office of the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 9?401 during normal <br />business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday, except holidays). <br />All persons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their <br />comments or objections to the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, in <br />writing, within fifteen (15}days of the date of the first publication hereon as indicated below. <br />The City Manager, w.~i thereafter adopt as a permanent Wile the Temporary Tree <br />Preservation Administrative Rule R 6.305, as drafted, or as modified in response fo <br />comments received. <br />MICHEAL D.
