A bike lane shall be marked along the east side of Washington Street north from 13th <br />~' Avenue to .1st Avenue; <br />i <br />2. On-street parking shall be removed along the west side of Washington Street between <br />. 7 3th Avenue and 8th Avenue; and - <br />j 3.
