NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br />OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE METHODOLOGY <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705; and <br />7.710 of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the <br />current City of Eugene Systems Development Charges (SDCs) based on the City Engineer's review <br />of the National Construction Cost Index published by the Engineering News Record for the <br />preceding twelve months; and to revise Appendix F, of the Methodologies, effective February 1993, <br />to include component costs not reflected in the original analysis.
