NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES <br />FOR APPEALS TO THE HEARINGS OFFICIAL RELATED TO THE <br />OZONE PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF THE EUGENE CODE,1971 <br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES ADOPTED THEREUNDER <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested <br />persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of <br />the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to establish a <br />fee of $100.for appeals to the Hearings Official from decisions subject to review under <br />Sections 6.700; to 6.725 of the-Eugene Code, 197.1, or the administrative rules <br />concurrently. being proposed for adoption thereunder. The proposed #ee is consistent <br />with the fee charged for similar appeals, and is necessary in. order to comply with the <br />Council's directive to recover the costs of such services from the beneficiaries thereof. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the <br />City Manager, City.Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from <br />the date of_posting of this Notice indicated below. The City Manager will consider the <br />comments received and by administrative order establish the fees as proposed or as <br />modified in response to comments, after the expiration of the period for comment, to <br />become effective upon the adoption of the. proposed Ozone Protection Administrative <br />Rule R-6.725. <br />Dated this ~7 day of ~ 1995. <br />Micheal D.
