ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.589513 of the City Manager of the City of Eugene CONCERNING NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES FOR APPEALS RELATED TO THE OZONE PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971 AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES ADOPTED THEREUNDER The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. Section 2.020 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager of the City of Eugene to determine and set fees and charges to be imposed by the,City for services, goods, use of municipal. property, and licenses and permits: In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, I intend to establish the fee for appeals to the Hearings Official from decisions subject to review under Sections 6.700 to 6.725 of the Eugene Code, 1971 (Ozone Protection provisions), and the rules concurrently being proposed for adoption thereunder, as set forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. t find that the fee set forth in Exhibit A hereto is consistent with applicable :policies and directives of the City Council, the amount charged for comparable appeals, and is necessary in order to recover the costs incurred by the City in processing such appeals. . On the basis of these findings, I order that: 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations at City Hall, and be made available for interested persons at the offices of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. 2.
