The City may request evidence or supporting <br />. documentation which demonstrates that the impact the <br />SDC fees were calculated upon, including systems <br />..functioning as designed, actually reflects the true impact. <br />being created by the development. At that point, the <br />SDC fees may be recalculated, based on the actual <br />impact, and an adjustment (additional charge or refund) <br />may be made.
