SDC METHODOLOGY: <br />The proposed revisions to the SDC Methodology are reflected in Attachment #1 - #4, (SDC <br />Methodology) to this Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-96-06 and include a classification for an <br />equivalent dwelling unit for Large Volume User for both the local City wastewater system of $560.58, and <br />the regional MWMC wastewater system of $331.00, to be included in the SDC rates for City systems, <br />which are automatically adjusted each year pursuant to Section 2.3 of the February, 1993 SDC <br />Methodology, and can be viewed by interested persons at the following locations: <br />City Hatl Public Works Department <br />777 Pearl St. ~ 858 Pearl St., Lobby <br />Eugene Public Library Permit and Information Center <br />100 West 13th Ave Atrium Building <br />99 West 10th Ave <br />The proposed SDC Methodology and Fees established by the City, and the Fees and Credits <br />established by the MWMC, are designed to recover the city's costs, conform with applicable s#ate law, <br />adopted City policies, guidelines, and ordinances, are comparable to and generally below the fees <br />charged by other jurisdictions, and should be implemented effective July 1, 1996. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Engineer, Public <br />JVorks Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 45 calendar days from the first date <br />of publication and posting of this Notice as indicated below.
