NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br />OF THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE {SDC) METHODOLOGY, <br />FEES, AND CREDITS <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705, and 7.710 <br />of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the City of Eugene <br />SDC Methodology to establish a large volume wastewater user SDC classification and method of <br />calculation for both the local City and regional MWMC components; to allow the adjustment of SDC. <br />charges and credits after development occurs; to amend the MWMC Equalization Fees, as calculated <br />by the MWMC, and Credits thereto; and to repeal any Administrative Orders in conflict, including <br />Administrative Order #58-95-06-F. The City of Eugene SDC rates for each system as set forth in Table <br />#1 hereto reflect a 2.15% increase based on the City Engineer's review of the National Construction Cost <br />Index, published by the Engineering N we R ord for .the preceding twelve months, .which are <br />automatically adjusted each year pursuant to Section 2.3 of the February, 1993 SDC Methodology, and <br />have been included herein for ease of reference only.
