Page 1 of i <br /> <br />4.0 Wastewater System <br />i The Wastewater Systems Development Charge (SDC) is composed of a Local Wastewater <br />SDC plus the Regional Facility Equalization Charge which includes a regional administrative <br />charge. The formula for calculating each element and application of the Wastewater SDC is set <br />forth in Appendix D. <br />'Using Appendix D, the Wastewater SDC is determined by multiplying the applicable rate per EDU <br />or =PFU by the unit of measure, for the proposed development.
