Through trucks will be required to go through the <br />11th Avenue -Bailey Hill Road intersection, which may increase their <br />travel time. Local trucks over 16,000 pounds GV W will be <br />inconvenienced by being required to enter. and exit Stewart Road from <br />Bertelsen Road. <br />(g) The use of abutting property. <br />• Use of abutting property will be adversely affected to the extent that <br />access is restricted.
