E. The Access Engineering report recommends the addition of a third southbound <br />lane on Jefferson Street north of i3th Avenue; and <br />F. The addition of a third southbound lane on Jefferson Street would require removal <br />of parking on the west side of Jefferson Street between 12th and 13th avenues and <br />j a six foot widening of Jefferson Street.
